Tre Stelle® Bocconcini Focaccia with Spring Onions and Rosemary

Sometimes just a few simple and quality ingredients are all it takes to make a flavour explosion - try this recipe courtesy of a participant in the melt Bloggers Challenge.

Ingredients:

1 store made pizza dough 2 spring onions, roughly chopped 1/3 cup | 75 mL black olives, pitted and sliced 1 tbsp|15 mL fresh rosemary, stems removed 5 balls Tre Stelle® Bocconcini, cut into thirds 2 tbsp | 30 mL olive oil 2 tsp | 10 mL sea salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425ºF (220ºC). On a parchment lined baking sheet spread the dough out with your fingers until it reaches approximately 12” long by 8” wide. Form little wells in the dough with your fingers. Randomly top with Bocconcini Cheese, spring onions, olives and rosemary. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and allow to rest for approximately 5 minutes before slicing.
